Pole Dance Class – 70min per class

With A-list celebrities like Madonna, Kate Moss and Angelina Jolie elevating the reputation, the sensual, acrobatic dance, total body fitness using an upright pole has become a hugely popular trend worldwide. Our studio has 12 poles, usually, everybody has their own pole so you get the best workout! (Except some weekend classes and workshops)

Levels and what to bring
Beginner Introduction to pole dancing for absolute beginners. Students without prior pole dancing experience, even if experienced in other dance styles should start with this class. Please bring short socks, comfortable T-shirt and long trouser/bottom, a towel to wipe your pole.
Intermediate Improve on basic spinning and start climbing the pole. Please bring a comfortable T-shirt, short pants, short socks, a towel to wipe your pole.
Advanced Upside-down moves and more difficult spins. Please bring a comfortable T-shirt/singlet, short pants, a towel to wipe your pole. Barefoot.
Expert Professional level acrobatic tricks and combinations. Please bring a comfortable T-shirt/singlet, short pants, a towel to wipe your pole. Barefoot or high heels if you wish.
Pole trick These classes are designed for those who want focus on practicing/learning advanced/expert level pole tricks, no dance movements. Please bring a comfortable T-shirt/singlet, short pants, a towel to wipe your pole. Barefoot or high heels if you wish.

Please note:
Please do not use hand cream or body cream before attending pole dance classes because of this will make your hands too slippery. Please remove any jewelry accessories (rings, bracelets, anklets etc.) before class.

 

Exotic pole- All levels, 70min per class

The focus of this class is on floor moves, smooth trick transitions and teaches you how to strut in your stilettos. After 2 to 3 months of regular pole dance class experience, you can try on to this class. This class will be teaching a different choreographed piece each time so feel free to jump in at any time. We are eagerly awaiting you with high heels and exotic choreography at the ready! Please bring high heels.

 

Burlesque – All levels, 70min per class, Ladies only

Burlesque has been experiencing a revival around the world thanks to performers such as Dita Von Teese. The new burlesque tends to put the emphasis on style and theatrical performance. Become more confident with your body and awaken your inner sensual goddess! All levels are welcome. Please bring your high heels. You will learn a complete routine over the course of two months. You are welcome to join at any time and pick up the hot, sexy moves.

Aerial Tissu – 90min per class

Pole Dance Tokyo エアリアルティシューAerial Tissu is is a type of performance in which one or more artists perform aerial acrobatics while suspended by a special fabric. All levels are welcome. Please bring a short-sleved T-shirt and long bottoms or alternatively a short-sleeved unitard (sleeveless tops are not suitable for reasons of hygiene). We have basic level for introduction for absolute beginners or students who have a little experiences. Beginner level for students who have more than 6 months – a year experiences. This class is for male and female students.

 

Aerial Hoop – All levels, 90min per class

Pole Dance Tokyo エアリアルフープ
Aerial Hoop is a circular steel apparatus suspended from the ceiling, on which circus artists perform aerial acrobatics. All levels are welcome. Please bring a T-shirt and long bottoms or alternatively a unitard. This class is for male and female students.

 

Contortion (Adult), 70min per class

Contortion is a circus, flexibility technique performance and special Acrobatic feats featuring extraordinary flexibility and strength by bending body to all directions.  Beginners welcome, for male and female.
 
Please note: Contortion is not a stretch class purposed for health and relaxation with comfortably. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

Level:Beginner
What to bring:Comfortable clothes, a towel, water.

 

Contortion Beginners Kids (Age 5~15), 60min per class

Contortion is a circus, flexibility technique performance and special Acrobatic feats featuring extraordinary flexibility and strength by bending body to all directions.  For age 5~15, boys and girls, All level.
 
Please note: Contortion is not a stretch class purposed for health and relaxation with comfortably. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

Level:Beginner

Sexy Bum Workout – All levels, 60min per class

Ladies only! PDT studio NO.1 sexy butt holder, instructor Diana will teach you special exercise to get a sexy booty and slim waist. All levels. Beginners welcome. Please bring comfortable work out wear, water and trainers.

 

Open Pole and Aerial – 60min per class

Practice all you want! Open Pole/Aerial is an opportunity to practice on your own for an hour with a pole/tissu/hoop all to yourself in our large studio. This class is for male and female students.
