Our studio has 12 poles, usually, everybody has their own pole so you get the best workout! (Except some weekend classes and workshops)

Levels and what to bring
Level1 (Beginner): Introduction to pole dancing for absolute beginners. Students without prior pole dancing experience, even if experienced in other dance styles should start with this class. Please bring a comfortable T-shirt/camisole, long trouser or leggings, a towel and water, barefoot.
Level2 (Intermediate): Improve on basic spinning climbing and basic invert tricks. Please bring a comfortable T-shirt/camisole, short pants, a towel and water, barefoot or high heels. Tricks: Pole climb, Pole seat, wrist seat, Gemini, Scorpio, Butterfly, Hand stands on pole etc.
Level3 (Advanced): Please bring a comfortable T-shirt/camisole, short pants, a towel and water, barefoot or high heels. Tricks: Handspring, Caterpillar, Pole Cat, Dragon’s tail, Bird of Paradise etc.
Exotic Pole Dance (Lv.1 – 3): Enjoy erotic, sensual and cool pole dance choreography by wearing high heels! Please bring a comfortable T-shirt/camisole, short pants or long trousers/leggings, a towel and water, high heels and knee pads.
Spinning pole dance (Lv.2-3): Spinning pole dance class! Please bring a comfortable T-shirt/camisole, short pants, a towel and water, barefoot or high heels.
Pole trick(Intermediate and Advanced): Focus on practising advanced/expert level pole tricks and hard muscle training to be ready for these advanced pole tricks, no dance movements. Please bring a comfortable T-shirt/camisole, short pants, a towel, water, barefoot.
What to bring for Pole Dance Lv1.

Tops – T-shirt or Camisole or Sports Bra. Bottoms – Long trouser or Leggings, Barefoot. Water and Towel
Please note:
Please do not use hand cream or body cream before attending pole dance classes because this will make your hands too slippery. Please remove any jewellery accessories (rings, bracelets, anklets etc.) before class.
